Description
Signorello Vineyards is pleased to offer our Big Rock Cuvee, the Cabernet Sauvignon component in our flagship wine, PADRONE. The PADRONE, named in memory of my father, comes from hand-selected fruit from our extremely rocky hillside estate vineyard with yields of a mere one-and-a-half tons per acre. This Cabernet has resulted in flavors of great concentration and complexity and will drink well in the near-term due to its rich, ripe fruit. You may also wish to lay it down over the next 20 years. I dedicate this wine to my father Raymond Signorello, Sr., whose life was as full of character as our wines. Cheers!
