Description
In 1967, seven resourceful men came together to form one of the most successful wine-growing partnerships in modern-day history. As presidents, board members, directors and ardent supporters, these men were leaders in the development of the emerging Napa Valley Vintners Association. As we look at our success today and forward to the success of tomorrow, we want to pay homage to these pioneering men and their families, by creating a special blend from the seven vineyards that underscored their passion. This Cabernet-based meritage, called "Seven," comes from the Ahern and Freemark vineyards in St. Helena, and from the Rutherford vineyards of Bosché, Carpy, Red Barn, Sycamore and Wood.
