Description
Made exclusively from blending lots of estate, organically grown, dry-farmed Cabernet Franc representing separate fermentations utilizing five different yeast strains applied to estate organically grown grapes. Left on the skins for four months before draining off the free-run juice yielded a full-bodied, rich and lusty wine, filled with lingering fruit to the palate...a pure extraction of the essence Franc.
