Description
This Merlot is a special blend of the two most exceptional blocks from our Soda Canyon Ranch. Block 22 is the most mature block on the ranch. It is a gently sloping hill with a western exposure that yields elegant and balanced wines. Block 4 is located on a very steep east facing slope and yields wines of intense concentration. Winemaker Daniel Baron blended 50% of each block and used soutirage traditional technique to create an aromatic and intense Merlot that will age gracefully for years to come.
