Description
Heidi Barrett has put together a special blend from selected barrels. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of the 2005 vintage showing off ripe black cherry and cassis aromas. The purity of fruit is very enticing, with underlying layers of smoky, toasted French oak that add an accent of complexity. Round and rich in the mouth with gobs of fruit, silky tannins,and wonderful structure and length. The flavors last a long time on the palate.
