The 2008 JAX Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Jackson Family's dry-farmed estate in Calistoga. This gorgeous blend also includes 2% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot coming from the family estate. Hand-crafted by cult winemaker Kirk Venge, this wine reflects the signature JAX estate fruit: tight, sleek, and focused with an elegant blend of currant, black cherry, loamy earth and nutmeg. Impressive for its depth and definition, this vintage seamlessly unfolds into a long, lingering finish.
