Description
The Bodacious Barrel: All of our Bordeaux-style wines, including our "Estate," are blends of varieties, clones and locations, often to enhance accessibility, which is the style of Judd's Hill. Here, we are offering a straight-ahead, gutsy, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, estate-grown on our hillside terraces. This is strictly for those who like big, meaty cabs. We have chosen what we think is the "best barrel" for you to sample today. However, when bottling time comes around, you may come to our winery and taste from as many barrels as you wish, choose one, and we will bottle your five cases exclusively from that barrel.
