This is a 100% Cabernet Franc from our highest-elevation hillside vineyards, that is used as a structural component of our Proprietary Blend. Made in the most elegant and refined style with "new age" biodynamic winemaking techniques to bring you the utmost expression of the Viader Howell Mountain estate's'terroir. It is laced with cassis and black truffled chocolate with hints of violets' perfume.
