Description
We have chosen a unique vineyard selection of Cabernet Sauvignon for the 2005 Premiere. This Cabernet Sauvignon block, located in the heart of our property, is planted to clone 337. A combination of dry farming and deep gravel loam soil results in low yields of 2.2 tons-per-acre. Rich in aromas of blueberry, cherry and incense, this wine will achieve great definition and finesse.
