Stephanie DeMasi moved to Napa in 2002 to gain some hands on experience in viticulture. Plans to return home to New York City abruptly changed when she realized there was a need for someone with her knowledge in business, strategy, web and hospitality.

She landed several posts including being the first Hospitality Director at Corison Winery in 2003 and opening the Bounty Hunter as the first Wine Slinger later that same year. In 2004, DeMasi joined Juslyn where she worked her way into the Managing Partner role and maintains today.

In 2014 DeMasi took the ultimate entrepreneur adventure by creating FlyWine, the only tasteful, better wine by the glass. Served in 100mL "Traveler" bottles, the wine is never bulk and sourced from sub AVA's in Northern California. In Good Taste, the philanthropic division, donates $1/Traveler to selected non profits.

A graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, DeMasi still considers herself defined by her East Coast upbringing, but has slowed down enough to know Napa will be forever home.
