Description
The 100-acre Martin Stelling vineyard in Oakville has been the cornerstone of Far Niente Cabernet since the first vintage in 1982. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine is a blend of blocks D and E, our winemaker's two favorite blocks in the vineyard. Blackberry, dark chocolate and perfume are followed by the commanding presence of sweet black fruit and cassis on the midpalate. Velvety tannins provide structure and melt into a long, flavorful finish.
