The Reverse Blend—it's all about the vineyard.
All of the grapes in our Cain Vineyard are exceptional. We usually work with Petit Verdot and Malbec as "seasoning," and even the Cabernet Franc and Merlot come in as minority constituents. So what if? What if we turned the whole blend upside down and the Cabernet Sauvignon became the minority constituent? For this unique reverse blend, Christopher Howell and François Bugué have composed a completely original interpretation of our Cain Vineyard. This is a one-of-a-kind estate wine from our spectacular vineyard on Spring Mountain.
