Seven Sisters
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Napa Valley
Block 29 Cabernet Sauvignon, a.k.a. the Seven Sisters, is named for the seven oak trees in the block. Our Silverado Bench estate produces small berries resulting from vines grown on rhyolitic tufa subsoil, resulting in wine with enormous concentration and power. Ripe, mouth-coating tannins are framed by an abundance of sweet, dark fruits. Explosive, yet not without the refinement inherent in wines grown on the William Hill Estate vineyard property.
