PEDRAS Cabernet Sauvignon from Ristow Estate--a rocky single vineyard tucked in the eastern hills of Napa Valley, where Oak Knoll intersects Silverado Trail--is the best expression of carefully selected sections of this site. A luscious Cabernet Sauvignon with voluptuous dark fruit flavors balanced with distinctive minerality and elegant structure.
PEDRAS is made by Jamey Whetstone who brings his innovative grapegrowing and winemaking style to make this limited production. Premiere 2008 is the debut of PEDRAS and this five-case lot selected from a single barrel is of this wine.
