Description
Our vintage 2000 Napa Valley Syrah is an outstanding example of purity of varietal fruit character. The grapes were cold-soaked for 48 hours prior to rotary fermentation. The young wine was pressed after 4-6 days on the skins and finished fermenting in French-coopered American oak barrels. This lot is a unique cellar selection from both new and first-vintage barrels.
