Description
This 100% Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from two of our family-owned and organically-farmed vineyards, 95% from Rock Cairn and 5% Pelissa, both located in the Oakville nested appellation on Highway29.
Only 1200 cases of your wine were produced, originally released in January 2004. This wine was aged for 20 months in 100% French oak, 40% new.
Today, this wine shows little age for being 20 years old. It still has big, dark red and black fruits on the nose, along with cassis and black tea. The palate matches the aromas, adding some coffee bean, tobacco leaf and blackberry compote. Benefits from a decant.
