Description
This unique special bottling of "Heaven Sent" features a first-time blend of Meadowrock Vineyard fruit with a special lot of Beckstoffer To Kalon Cabernet Sauvignon. This 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 24 months in 100 percent French oak barrels. Dense and concentrated with mocha, currant and rich blackberry flavors laced with a touch of sandalwood, this one-of-a-kind wine will leave you wanting more.

Julian Gonzalez was Lead Winemaker for all Paul Hobbs Consulting programs from 2007 to 2016. Prior to that, Gonzalez worked under winemaker and mentor, Rolando Herrera, at Mi Sueno, Argentina’s Vina Cobos and Paul Hobbs Winery in addition to working in the cellars at Stag’s Leap, Dominus Estate and Louis M. Martini Winery. Gonzalez has multiple 100-point wines under his pedigree.
