Your Premiere Napa Valley wine is a Quixote estate Petite Sirah from Block 12. It was organically farmed by Mike Wolf, crafted by winemaker Aaron Pott and aged in 100% new French oak for 32 months, using five different barrel coopers.

Aaron Pott
Winemaker, Quixote Winery
Aaron Pott studied oenology at the University of California Davis and earned a master's degree in Viticulture from the Universite de Bourgogne in Dijon, France.
Aaron became winemaker at Chateau Troplong Mondot. Premier Grand Cru Classe St. Emilion. After six years making wine in France, Aaron returned to the U.S. He consults for a limited quantity of notable producers as well as making his own wine label, Pott Wine, at Quixote. In November 2012. Aaron was named "Winemaker of the Year" by the highly-acclaimed Food &Wine magazine. Some of Aaron's other clients include the likes of Blackbird Vineyards, Fisher Vineyards, Jericho Canyon, Seven Stones, St Helena Winery, Adler Deutsch and Perliss.
