The O'Shaughnessy Estate Winery has chosen a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our Mount Veeder vineyard. The fruit came from Block 1, a steep hillside site, where the vines struggle for nourishment and moisture. This block consistently produces small berry clusters with intense flavor, yielding only 1.5 tons per acre.
