Description
Our winemaker has created a beautiful Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that is one-of-a-kind, yet distinctively Heitz Wine Cellars. We combined pristine fruit from the sweeping upper slopes of Heitz Ink Grade Vineyard with the luscious grapes grown at Heitz's prized Linda Falls acreage. The result is a wine that eloquently reflects the purity and rich complexity of the Cabernet varietal as well as the unparalleled sense of place that is the Napa Valley.

To me, the real artistry in winemaking means being careful not to get in the way with overly aggressive manipulation. I have always taken a purist's approach, allowing each of our wines to express the true character of the varietal and to convey their unique geography within the Napa Valley.
