Sawyer Cellars is committed to creating elegant, estate-grown wines from our 50-acre estate vineyard in the Rutherford AVA. Our wines are hand-crafted reflecting the true expression of the vintage and the Rutherford growing district. Hand picked at the perfect ripeness, this lot of 100% 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon was chosen specifically for the 2008 Premiere Napa Valley by our winemaker, Brad Warner, and vintner Charles Sawyer. This exceptional wine expresses rich and opulent dark fruit flavors and delicate tannins providing a smooth, lingering finish.
