Like the mythological bird that rises from its ashes, The Phoenix has been reborn on Terra Valentine’s Spring Mountain soil.
This blend of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot represents the second harvest on this site since the historic Yverdon Vineyard was removed in the early 1980s. Terra Valentine replanted the vineyard in 2001. The Phoenix represents our vision of great balance and intense mountain flavors.
