Description
This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is a unique blend of our finest lots from Castle Peak Ranch. Astrale e Terra's vineyard sits in a bowl with south, east and west-facing slopes, radically diverse soil depth and elevations between 1,250 and 1,360 feet. We harvest 17 acres of Cab in multiple, separate lots to capture the distinctive character of each row according to soil, elevation and age of the vine. This painstaking process results in this special wine that is as unique, complex and distinctive as our vineyard itself.
