Description
This wine is a mountain blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Merlot (35%) and Petit Verdot (10%) that was blended in December of 2005 before being put to barrel. The fruit in the wine is vibrant while the tannins are firm and densely structured. This is a one-time opportunity, for this lot was designed as one of the key components to be use in our Claret wine.
