Description
From vine to bottle, winemaker Charles Thomas used meticulous attention to detail in handcrafting this exquisite 1998 Napa Cuvée exclusively for Premiere Napa Valley. Labor-intensive culling of unripe berries, cluster thinning and sorting insured ideal grape quality. Gentle handling, pressing and 20 months of oak aging intensified the lush flavors characteristic of Cardinale.
