Description
This is the best single barrel of our Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. First aged in a new Saury French barrel until August 1999, it was then transferred to another new Saury barrel. This additional oak increases the depth and complexity of the wine, which shows ripe berry, lead pencil and cedar. The wine was fermented with native yeast and will be bottled unfined and unfiltered.
