Description
The Gentlemen's Outing Club was the rage in pioneer days. They would gather at great campfires at what is now the Hillside Vineyards of Trefethen. As gentlemen smoked cigars and expounded on politics, the fires burned long and hot. Left behind was rich, ash-blackened soil. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon has intense hillside character in the fruit, enhanced by this unique soil.
