Description
Cabernet Franc has played an important part in the blend at Dyer Vineyard. Normally the blend is made in the vineyard as we co-ferment the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot together. In 2008, with significant frost damage and a dramatically reduced crop, we felt it was more prudent to ferment the Franc separately. So, for the first time ever, we have a barrel of Cabernet Franc—Diamond Mountain Cabernet Franc at its best!
