Description
Mark Porembski crafts small production Cabernet Sauvignon, which reflects the true expression of the very unique terrior of West Saint Helena. Anomaly vineyards is one of the smallest production facilities in the Napa Valley, limiting production levels to 1,000 cases each vintage.

Mark Porembski
Winemaker, Anomaly Vineyards
Mark Porembski joined Anomaly in 2002 as assistant winemaker, and in 2005, Mark took over the reins as the Winemaker for Anomaly Vineyards. Prior to coming to Anomaly, Mark was the assistant winemaker to Les Behrens and Lisa Drinkward at Behrens & Hitchcock/Erna Schein Winery on Spring Mountain in St. Helena. He is currently also the winemaker for Charnu Winery in St. Helena. Mark and his wife, Jennifer Williams (Winemaker for Spottswoode Winery), have their own Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah label, Zeitgeist Cellars. They reside in St. Helena with their young daughter, Kiran.
