The 2007 vintage of Chappellet’s iconic Signature Cabernet Sauvignon was the 30th vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon from Pritchard Hill. With more than a decade of bottle age, it is both a piece of history and representation of the beauty of cellaring these hillside wines. Highly touted by wine critics, Napa Valley’s 2007 growing season was called “nearly perfect” for Cabernet Sauvignon. Phillip Corallo-Titus, Chappellet’s winemaker for more than 30 years, exclaimed that 2007 was “an ideal year on Pritchard Hill.”
