Description

Fermented, aged and blended under the guidance of our consulting winemaker, Mitch Cosentino, who created and bottled America's first designated Meritage wine in the 1980s. This is a complex, Bordeaux style blend. It is full bodied, expansive and balanced, with the ability to age gracefully for two decades. The extended aging allows the wine to be more palate ready upon release, with regards to texture, aromatics and flavors. These elements will continue to evolve over the years with proper cellaring.
