A bit of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot convivally join the Cabernet Franc in new French oak for 22 months, resutling in a wine with forward dynamic aromas and mid-palate excitement.

Marie-Laure Ammons
Winemaker, Oakville East Exposure
French native Marie-Laure, grew up in the rural Limousin region. With winemaking diplomas from both Burgundy and Bordeaux, Marie-Laure began her career in France at Domaine Lejeune in Pommard, Chateau de Pressace Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, and Dulong Negoiciants in Bordeaux. Fascinated by the energy and potential fro great wine in California, she moved here and began woring with Philippe Melka in 2003. With our 2010 vintage at Oakville East, Marie-Laure became our Head Winemaker. Sarah Gott our previous Winemaker has taken the new position of Consulting Winemaker for OE wines.
