Your Premiere Napa Valley wine is a blend from Sterling heritage vineyard sites which feature low yields and superb tannin structure (Diamond Mountain, Bear Flats, Tamagni and Barlow vineyards). The grapes were hand-harvested, sorted three times and fermented as whole berries. This wine was aged for 20 months in 70% new French oak and stored underground in Sterling’s 30,000-square-foot cave. The composition includes Cabernet Sauvignon blended with a touch of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Merlot for balance and complexity.
