For Premiere Napa Valley, Moone-Tsai proudly presents a Cabernet Sauvignon created from coveted vineyard blocks that span the Napa Valley and that reflect our vision and Philippe Melka’s winemaking style.
For this special lot, Philippe chose the finest fruit from the Coombsville AVA, Pritchard Hill and To Kalon. Starting with dark, ripe, luscious fruit from Coombsville as the foundation, Philippe added Pritchard Hill fruit for its silky tannins, hints of dark chocolate and mocha, and long, luxuriant finish; and To Kalon fruit for its touches of chocolate and graphite, stately tannins and velvety mid-palate. The result is a supremely balanced wine that is powerful yet elegant, complex yet seamlessly integrated.
