Description
This Cabernet is from a “rock star” vineyard on Spring Mountain that internationally known winemaker Joel Aiken has worked with for over 20 years. The wine has incredible fruit with a unique perfume from Cabernet clone 191—grown on cool Spring Mountain.
Aging Process
This wine has been aged in a new french oak barrel in caves since being drained and pressed.

Q: What was your inspiration for this offering?
A: In this new Gamba barrel the wine and oak married beautifully allowing the vineyard's distinct personality to shine.
