To create this unique offering of Heitz Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, our winemakers selected a trio of appellations that reflects the remarkable diversity of the Heitz family’s Napa Valley vineyards. The result is an intriguing wine that showcases some of the complexities and excitement of each of these esteemed winegrowing regions: Rutherford, St. Helena and Howell Mountain.

With the depth of his winemaking expertise, he has a made a significant contribution to the Heitz family's legacy , producing classic wines with pure elegance that wine aficionados around the world can count on year after year.

Winemaking Philosophy:
To me, the real artistry in winemaking means being careful not to get in the way with overly aggressive manipulation. I have always taken a purist's approach, allowing each of our wines to express the true character of the varietal and to convey their unique geography within the Napa Valley.
