Grapes for this lot came from our winemaker’s favorite source of fruit on the estate: our Cabernet block that we refer to as Turkey Feed. The wild turkeys love the grapes and our winemaker loves the wine this block produces. These vines typically give us two tons per acre of intensely flavored Cabernet fruit. After aging for 20 months in barrels, this wine will be bottled unfined and unfiltered.
