Description
The inaugral release of our prized Creek Block handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard is a gravel riverbed located at the mouth of Dry Creek Canyon, the watershed for Mt. Veeder. The low-yield vineyard produces 1-1/2 tons to the acre of tiny berries with deeply concentrated fruit of elegant structure. The cooler climate of Oak Knoll allows long hang time for optimal ripening. The result is exquisite.
