Description
This wine is named for proprietor Phil Schlein's mother, Sophie...and for mothers everywhere. Phil and winemaker Joe Cafaro selected special Cabernet Sauvignon rows from our 100% organically grown hillside vineyard in Oakville and blended these grapes with some Petit Verdot (10%) and Cabernet Franc (5%) to make a unique Napa Valley version of a classic Bordeaux Blend that will knock your socks off!
