Description
Winemaker Cathy Corison and proprietor Ted Hall carefully selected this Proprietor's Select Barrel from among the Seguin Moreau barrels aging the 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon in our cave. Taking full advantage of the natural flavors produced by our 1,100-foot-high Mayacamas Mountain vineyard, the estate-grown wine features deep black cherry and plum flavors with a hint of olive. This elegant, sophisticated wine will be a perfect complement to food.
