Description
Last year's chairman Tom Shelton of Joseph Phelps Vineyards, and current chairman Rob Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards have joined forces to create a Stags Leap District cuvée. The wine, created by winemakers Jeff Virnig of RSV and Craig Williams of JPV, is a selection from RSV's estate Stags Leap District hillside vineyard and JPV's Stags Leap District "Las Rocas" vineyard. The cuvée captures the Stags Leap District's reputation for endowing wines with a character that is like "an iron fist in a velvet glove."
