Description
A unique bottling from our single-source vineyard of old-vine Petite Sarah. Aged in 200% new oak, this wine will see one year in 100% new American oak, followed by one year in 100% new French oak. Only a wine of such structure and complexity is able to stand up to this aging process. Our hope is that the flavors of blackberry jam, brier and plums will marry with the barrel flavors, creating an exciting, one-time-only wine.
