Description
Winemaker Cathy Corison and proprietor Ted Hall have carefully selected this Proprietor's Select Barrel from among the Seguin Moreau barrels softly aging the 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon in our cool, moist cave. Taking full advantage of the natural flavors produced by our 1100-foot-high Mayacamas Mountain vineyard, the estate-grown wine features black cherry and blackberry jam flavors with a hint of cedar and cassis and firm, yet approachable tannins.
