Description
Rattlesnake Hill is a small knoll on our property that produces a Cabernet Sauvignon grape unique to the land. The soil conditions are extremely rocky and porous, and low in nutrients, creating stress on the vines yielding less than one ton per acre. This lot is a blend of Rattlesnake Hill Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot while the Rattlesnake Hill Cabernet Sauvignon available to the public is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
