Description
Lokoya has been producing Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon since 1995, and Winemaker Chris Carpenter harvests both Merlot and Cabernet Franc from this same appellation. This Merlot underwent native yeast fermenetation and 22 days of maceration, and will not undergo fining or filtration. It displays rich and powerful lushness, characteristic of grapes grown on Diamond Mountain.
