Description
Our winemaker, Sarah Gott, crafted this 2000 Cabernet/Syrah blend. The concept for this unusual blend represents a century's worth of viticulture and enological experimentation, spanning from Australia to Europe to North America. The Cabernet, responsible for the structure, framework and long finish, is from our Stags Leap Los Rocas Vineyard and Rutherford Banca Dorada Vineyard. The Syrah, contributing softness in the entry and the mouthfeel is from our Los Carneros Negros Vineyard and our Yountville Renacimiento Vineyard.
