Description

This millennium wine is a special blend of our three lots of estate-grown mountainside 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. From the tiniest, most concentrated berries, this wine dazzles us with deep dark layers of fruit and spice, luxurious richness and perfect balance and structure. The 2000 may prove to be one of our finest vintages. Upon release the wine will have been aged for two years in medium- toast French oak and one year in the bottle.
