Description
This hand-crafted wine is from our finest block of Cabernet Sauvignon at the top of rocky, Winston Hill Vineyard on Rutherford’s warm hillsides. Using careful fruit selection, the small lots were kept separate. A further selection was then made to identify the barrel that "was above all others." The signature of the vineyard’s terroir was enhanced by blending small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc—resulting in a perfect blend from Winston Hill Vineyard.
