Elan Vineyards is known for producing a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our 13-acre mountain estate on top of Atlas Peak. For Permiere Napa Valley, we are offering a custom blend we have named Mosaic. The blend includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. It will be aged in French oak for 25 months.
