Description
A sophisticated Syrah Port accents the complex flavors of 100% Syrah wine and the 100% Syrah brandy double-distilled specifically for this Port in our Alambic Pot-Still. Late -picked grapes (39 Brix) were fermented in oak. To arrest the fermentation, we added our freshly distilled Syrah brandy. Deep velvety flavors with a rich oak touch are balanced for a lingering Syrah finish. This Port, handcrafted by 12th and 13th generation distillers, will continue to evolve with flavors of velvety smoothness. It will be bottled from the barrel, unfined and unfiltered.
